Tenant Improvement Interiors proposed an up-fit design for Japanese tire company, YOKOHAMA’s, new tire testing facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. Once the interior architecture was finalized and documented for construction by the head employees of the office, I became responsible for creating Revit renderings of the space that would visually communicate the proposal to the client and successfully sell the design. To produce these images to the utmost professional standard, I studied the design technique of brand-name furniture, laminate, tile, carpet, and several other materials to create rooms with realistic and aesthetically pleasing proportions, color schemes, and textures. I remotely communicate with the Japanese design team at YOKOHAMA on a daily basis to adhere to the strict desires of the client and produce a satisfactory project that exemplified what they had envisioned.
